51 Albert delivers around 250 residences, including luxury apartments and hotel rooms, to a central location on one of Auckland’s highest points.
 This project has involved extensive consultation with local authorities and community groups as the site adjoins one of the oldest and best-known churches in New Zealand and a sensitive interface to a rail corridor.
 With its respectful design, new green spaces and new hotel, 51 Albert makes a significant and lasting contribution to the city of Auckland.
