Open Court is a new commercial building and a vertical community for Balaclava, designed to deliver benefits at every level.
The building will be activated at all sides around the base, improving the lighting and laneways, while inside an auditorium space will be available for community groups.
A series of garden and recreation spaces will also be available to the community and building tenants on the rooftop. As the new offices of Ninety-Four Feet, we’ve made sure this space includes a half-basketball court that everyone can enjoy.
